Batman is at the peak of human abilities, but Ultimate Cap is above and beyond human. We don't have as much history with Ult. Cap., but he's the best combat tactician and hand-to-hand fighter that we've seen in the Ultimate universe. Whereas we know there's at least three martial artists in the DCU that can beat Batman (Lady Shiva, Bronze Tiger & Richard Dragon). While it's true Batman is used to fighting (and defeating) super-humans, he's not used to fighting those that are so superior to him in so many ways. The Bat is no joke and if he were given enough information and a chance to plan for the fight, he could certainly win. But in a first meeting, Ultimate Cap wins. I mean, U. Cap went hand to hand with the Hulk! And in the end, Cap's a soldier. He'll try not to, but if it comes down to it, he'll kill a foe, Batman won't. It's a close fight, and Batman would win a re-match, but in my opinion, U. Cap takes the first meeting. Ultimate Cap beats Batman because he’s genetically enhanced. Nice pics on the superhero matchups. I'm not sure about Ultimate Cap beating Batman but nobody could beat the Dark Knight. He's tough as nails, just like Marv. Cool post.
