LucasArts today stepped outside its Star Wars-shaped box and unveiled Lucidity, a 2D puzzle/platformer in which players will control the environment as a young girl named Sophie wanders around controlled by the computer.
The game was unveiled on Gametrailers TV, and it will debut on Xbox LIVE and PC on Oct. 7 later this month.
The graphics, inspired by classical animation and paper textures, are gorgeous and the gameplay concept — while apparently similar to that of last year’s WiiWare title LostWinds – is certainly intriguing. This is one to watch.
